It shall be the policy of the Town of Douglas that any damage done to
personal property, such as mailboxes, fences, etc. located on Town
property, will not be replaced at the Town’s expense but will be the
responsibility of the personal property owner unless the owner has an
easement for the placement of said personal property.
Effective Date
This policy is effective February 8, 1995, by order of the Board of Selectmen.
