Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages retail licenses are distinguished by where a patron may consume the beverages purchased, i.e. off the premises or on the premises.

Automatic Amusement Devise
Applicants for an Automatic Amusement licenses must be reviewed before granted a license.

Cannabis Retail Sales
A Cannabis Retailer provides a retail location which may be accessed by consumers 21 years of age or older, or if the retailer is co-located with a Registered Marijuana Dispensary by individuals who are registered qualifying patients with the Medical Use of Marijuana Program with a registration card.

Class II License - Second-Hand Vehicles
Sellers of second-hand vehicles as a business may be granted a used car dealer’s license and shall be subject to the conditions as outlined in MGL c140(58).

Common Victuallers
A Common Victuallers License is required under MGL Chapter 140(2) for any establishments that have the necessary implements for cooking, preparing and serving food for strangers and travelers, and a place to consume the food, i.e.: chairs, tables, counters.

Entertainment
Operators that as usual business, offer to view, set up, set on foot, maintain or carry on a concert, dance, exhibition, cabaret or public show of any description, require a license issued by the Board of Selectmen.

Flammable Fuel Storage
A license for the storage of flammable or combustible fluids in quantities in excess of those allowed by regulation is granted by the local licensing authority after approval or disapproval by the Fire Chief, and after a public hearing.

Pool Table
A Pool Table license is defined under MGL c140(177) and is granted to establishments that keep a billiard, pool, or sippio table for hire, gain or reward, to be used for amusement and not for the purpose of gaming for money or property.
