  1. If there is no name, please just give a brief description of what it is.
  2. Please be as specific as possible. A street location is preferred, but landmarks are acceptable, such as "The Library" or "The Senior Center"
  3. Please estimate if no end time is given.
  4. Any specifics as far as what is happening, who will be there, performances, etc. It is helpful for us to understand what we are to cover, and how to plan for it.
  5. If you have a poster or image created to advertise this event, please upload it so we may use it in the production if we see fit.
