Voter Information Bulletins, also know as FinCom Flyers, are mailed to all residents in Douglas within a week of Town Meeting. The flyer contains the Warrant Article, a message from the Finance Committee (FinCom) Chair, additional information on articles, and the FinCom's recommendations on financial articles. The Town Moderator uses the FinCom Flyer at Town Meeting so additional copies are available at check in,  although residents are encouraged to bring a copy with them.
